We are pleased to share with you the final report of the Beach Sustainability Assessment Comprehensive Analysis for Management Project (BSA-CAMP), available as a pdf. The report is short, visual, shareable, and intended for a general audience.
An expanded version of the project is available as a StoryMap, which includes the PDF along with data dashboards and links to peer-reviewed publications. Additional materials will be added to the StoryMap as new research products are published and become available.
We are grateful to the many partners, collaborators, managers, and stakeholders who contributed to this project along the way, as well as to the community members and students who shared their time to contribute or collect critical data.
This work continues to evolve, including through new projects, such as the California Beach Resiliency Plan, funded by the California Ocean Protection Council, with an interdisciplinary project team led by Dr. Charles Lester and the Ocean & Coastal Policy Center at UCSB.
