The Beacon Board of Directors received a presentation on the newly formed Chumash Heritage National Marine Sanctuary (CINMS). The federal Sanctuary is administered by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The presentation was provided by Mr. Paul Michel, representing NOAA.
